About the editors
Dr. Mukul Kumar obtained his PhD in physics jointly from Bihar University and IIT Bombay, India. His research areas includes electroless synthesis of photoactive semiconductor thin films for solar energy conversion, electrochemical studies of metals and alloys of group II-VI materials, chemical vapor deposition and catalysis, synthesis, characterization and application of carbon nanotubes. He has published over 60 research articles in peer-reviewed international journals, and contributed chapters in three books on carbon nanomaterials. He also holds seven patents on synthesis of glassy carbon, carbon nanotubes and their applications. Currently, he is Associate Vice President (Head of the R&D Center), HEG Ltd., Mandideep, India.
Dr. R K Pandey is a professor in department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Delhi, India. He received his PhD from the department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Delhi. His research interest includes bearing lubrication, tribological elements design, engine tribology, and lubrication in metal forming. He has published several research papers in international journals and conferences.
Dr. Vikas Kumar is Assistant Professor in the department of Mechanical Engineering, Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Amity University, Noida, India. He obtained his PhD in mechanical engineering from IIT Roorkee. He has published several articles in the field of vibration and ergonomics in reputed journals, and he is also a reviewer for many of them. He has recently filed for two patents to the Indian patent office.
