Vom Anbeginn des Universums, über die Bildung von Atomen und Molekülen, von den ersten selbstorganisierten Zellen bis zu den heutigen komplexen Biosystemen folgt jeder Vorgang strikten Naturgesetzen. Daher ist es vonnöten, auch Lebensmittel und ihren Nährwert aus dieser Sicht zu betrachten.
