Abstract
The first part of this lecture is a general introduction to the portion of gibberellin (GA) biosynthesis that lies after GA1 2-aldehyde in the pathway. In the second part I will present some new results concerning the presence of endogenous GA1 2-aldehyde in germinating pea seeds.
