Zusammenfassung
Viele Glücksfaktoren sind in den letzten Jahren entdeckt, wiederentdeckt und untersucht worden. Dies entspricht unserem wachsenden Bedürfnis nach Glück und Wohlbefinden. Allerdings beinhaltet dies oft eine Orientierung nach außen und schafft Abhängigkeiten, die wir selbst wenig steuern können. Wie wäre eine Rückbesinnung auf uns selbst? Wir haben immer uns. Wir können immer gut mit uns umgehen, gut für uns sorgen. Wir tun dies nur zu selten. Weil wir uns selbst zu oft hintenanstellen. Wir haben gelernt, dass wir erst dran sind, wenn alles andere erledigt ist. Das ist meistens „nie“. Es geht darum zu verstehen, dass unser Befinden nicht nur auf uns selbst wirkt, sondern auf alles und alle. Dies ist nicht nur Theorie, sondern geprüfte Praxis. Mit Unterstützung des Happiness Research Instituts in Düsseldorf wurde bei meiner Vortragsarbeit gemessen, dass schon nach einer Stunde Beschäftigung mit dem eigenen Wohlbefinden nicht nur dieses, sondern auch das Engagement und die Produktivität bei der Arbeit wachsen:
So gut, wie wir mit uns umgehen, werden wir mit Anderen und allen Situationen umgehen.
