Zusammenfassung
Die moderne Arbeitswelt ist durch vielfältige Veränderungen gekennzeichnet. Führung und Teamarbeit finden zunehmend virtuell statt. Dabei ergeben sich neue Herausforderungen und Fragestellungen im Kontext von persönlichen Kompetenzen und Teamkompetenzen. Vertrauen entsteht in virtuellen Arbeitsstrukturen auf eine andere Weise als in Präsenzteams. Die Beschäftigung mit dem Vertrauensbegriff schafft nützliche Perspektiven für die Entwicklung von Vertrauen in virtuellen Arbeitswelten und ermöglicht die Einordnung in ein Wirkungsmodell. Zeitkompetenz ist neben Medien- und Selbstkompetenz besonders wichtig für die Entwicklung von Vertrauen, da Teams im virtuellen Umfeld flexibler arbeiten und Teammitglieder mehr Verantwortung übernehmen als bei vergleichbaren Präsenzteams. Die komplexen Wirkungszusammenhänge werden anhand eines Modells dargestellt.
