Abstract
We present a variant of the Analytic Hierarchy Process intended to facilitate consensus search in group decision making. This soft methodology combines fuzzy sets and probabilistic information to provide judgements oriented by the actors’ attitude towards negotiation. A Monte Carlo approach is taken to derive a preference structure distribution which should finally be studied to extract knowledge about the resolution process.
