Zusammenfassung
Extrem individuell gestaltete Form der muskulären Entspannung nach Stokvis, bei der sowohl direkte (Auto-) Suggestionen als auch Berührungen (z. B. Stirndruck nach Freud) verwendet werden. Die→ Suggestionen und die Übungsanweisungen sind nicht standardisiert, sondern werden jedem Einzelfall angepaβt. Während im → Autogenen Training die „Übungen“ ein Umweg zur → Umschaltung sind, ist hier das Erlebnis einzelner Körperabschnitte und Funktionskreise das Ziel. Wie im Autogenen Training übt der Patient mehrmals täglich daheim.
