CONF-BPS 2023 was a hybrid conference that includes several workshops (offline and online) around the world in Cardiff (Jan, 2023), London(Feb, 2023) and Sydney (Feb, 2023). Prof. Canh Thien Dang from King's College London, Prof. Arman Eshraghi from Cardiff Business School, and Prof. Kristle Romero Cortés from UNSW Business School have chaired those offline workshop.

About the editors
Dr. Canh Thien Dang is a Lecturer in Economics (Assistant Professor) at the Department of Economics, King's Business School, King's College London. He is also an academic supervisor at the Institute of Finance and Technology,University College of London, and a chief examiner for the University of London International Programme (Econometrics). Before joining King's, he lectured and conducted research at the London School of Economics as an LSE Fellow in Economics, and at the University of Warwick as a postdoctoral fellow (in Economics). His research interests include Development Economics, Public Economics, and Applied Econometrics.
Javier Cifuentes-Faura is a researcher in the Department of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of Murcia (Spain). He has been awarded the "Economics and Business 2018" prize by the Official Association of Economists. His lines of research include those related to public administration and economics, business, greeneconomics, education and sustainability. He has published in top impact journals, such as Public Performance & Management Review, Local Government Studies, Social Indicators Research, Economic Analysis and Policy or Journal of Policy Modeling. He has participated in several international conferences, being invited to some of them as keynote speaker.
Dr. Xiaolong Li, a post-doctoral research fellow from Peking University, is dean of the School of Postal Management in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He is a reviewer of several international journals including Financial Innovation, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade, BMC Public Health, and China Economic Review.
