The Editors in Chief have retracted this article. After publication, concerns were raised about an overlap with a previously-published article by different authors [1]. Additionally, an investigation by the publisher found evidence that authorship was offered for sale before the article was submitted to the journal. Xiuwei Fu and Hashem Imani disagree to this retraction. Li Fu did not respond to any correspondence from the Editor about this retraction.
