Abstract
A concept map is a two-dimensional pictorial depiction of knowledge. It has been used extensively as an assessment technique of conceptual understanding, especially in science education. But its value is more than that. Students can learn during concept mapping. This chapter introduces a group of eighth grade students’ reflections on their two-month experience with concept mapping.
