Abstract
In der Internetbranche gibt es keine einheitlichen Prozesse, Führungsstile oder best practices. Start-ups mit innovativen Konzepten sprießen wie Pilze aus dem Boden. Themen wie schnelles Wachstum und kurzfristige Umsatzziele dominieren. Die Wirkung und der Nutzen von langfristigen Zielen, dem Aufbau einer Unternehmenskultur und innovativen Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterincentivierung werden häufig unterschätzt. In diesem Beitrag wird aus der Praxis berichtet, welche neuen Wege in Bezug auf Führungsstil, Unternehmenskultur, Positionierung und langfristige Strategie in der Internetwelt bestritten werden können und wie daraus eine neue Generation von Internetunternehmen entstehen kann.
