Zusammenfassung

Außer bei einigen kleinen initialen Melanomen oder kutanen Melanommetastasen hat sich zur dermatoskopischen Differenzierung maligner melanozytärer Tumore die Kittlersche Faustregel bewährt: > 1 Muster oder > als eine Farbe und ein zusätzliches Melanomkriterium. Symmetrie bei Muster und Farben ist höher zu werten als ein zusätzliches Kriterium.
