Zusammenfassung
Der vorliegende Beitrag befasst sich mit Mobilität am Arbeitsmarkt und deren Auswirkungen auf die Wirtschafskommunikation. Spezifischer wird aus sprachwissenschaftlicher Sicht untersucht, wie Mitarbeiterbotschafter bei der Rekrutierung, auch Employee Advocacy genannt, von neuen Beschäftigten auftreten. Die Situation am Arbeitsmarkt hat sich in den letzten Jahren dahingehend geändert, dass nicht mehr die Bewerber überzeugen müssen, sondern die Unternehmen (Stumpf 2016, S. 19). Der Mangel an Fachkräften in bestimmten Branchen stellt viele Unternehmen vor große Herausforderungen, qualifizierte Arbeitskräfte anzuziehen und zu binden. Daher werden im Recruiting neue Wege eingeleitet, so z. B. der Einsatz von Mitarbeitern, der allerdings nicht ganz ohne Fallgruben ist. Nach einer Erläuterung der theoretischen Basis der Studie, werden konkrete Beispiele analysiert und diskutiert. Schließlich werden weiterführende Fragen und Überlegungen präsentiert.
