Zusammenfassung

The article examines how practice theory can contribute to organizational educational research. After a short introduction, we outline the development of practice-theoretical perspectives, before we focus on their core concepts and how they are deployed in the analysis of organizational learning. We then discuss methodological issues deriving from this theoretical perspective before we finally point out some further research questions.
