Zusammenfassung
Mit ca. 24,6 Millionen Nutzern hat das soziale Netzwerk Facebook in Deutschland eine außerordentliche Größe erreicht (vgl. Roth 2012). Viele Unternehmen befinden sich gerade in der Phase, Facebook als Kommunikationsinstrument zu entdecken (vgl. Jäger/Petry 2012; Rump/Schabel 2011). Facebook ist hierbei attraktiv, da Unternehmen Fan-Seiten einfach, schnell und kostenlos anlegen können. Die Fan Seite bietet die Möglichkeit, dass Facebook User Gefällt mir klicken und damit automatisch Fan werden und den Inhalten der Seite folgen.
