Abstract
Intracranial aneurysms represent a heterogenous disease and each anatomical location has a unique set of surgical considerations that must be methodically understood. This chapter summarizes the most high-yield operative principles as well as potential pitfalls for each of the most common types of intracranial aneurysms.
