Summary
In the field of enhancement of the enantiomeric excess, the effect of temperature on the enantiomeric ratio, E, was investigated in lipase catalysed hydrolysis and transesterification. It was found that the equation (E1)T1=(E2)T2 correlated well with the experimental data obtained.
