Summary
Phase equilibria in ternary systems of two transition metals and silicon have been investigated.
In systems containing iron, cobalt or nickel, ternary phases with closest packing of atoms have been found; in some systems, there are continuous solid solutions of isostructural binary compounds, or there is limited solubility in binary suicides.
