A general method of investigating the solutions of spin dynamics equations of superfluid phases of 3He in strong magnetic fields is proposed. The effect of longitudinal spin oscillations upon the frequency of precession is taken into account. The motion of a spin near singular points at which the longitudinal oscillation frequency becomes zero is considered. The formulas derived are applied to A and B phases in the open geometry and to the B phase in the plane-parallel geometry.
