Supply Chain Safety Management – Konzeption und Gestaltungsempfehlungen

Abstract

Die Empfindlichkeit von Supply Chains gegenüber Störungen wird uns beinahe täglich vor Augen geführt. So sind Begriffe wie Produktionsstillstand, Rückrufaktionen oder Insolvenz kaum mehr aus der Medienlandschaft wegzudenken. Zugunsten der Erhöhung der Versorgungssicherheit in Supply Chains bedarf es folglich der Adaption eines geeigneten Konzeptes. Trotz der in der Literatur vorherrschenden Vielzahl an Konzepten weisen diese Spezifika auf, die auf deren Vielfalt und somit auf die Notwendigkeit einer Abgrenzung schließen lassen. Ziel dieses Beitrags ist daher die Entwicklung eines ganzheitlich-integrierten Konzeptes im Sinne eines Supply Chain Safety Managements (SCSM). Der Beitrag gliedert sich in drei Abschnitte: Kapitel 1 dient der Reflexion des Stands der Diskussion und der Abgrenzung wissenschaftlicher Vorarbeiten. In Kapitel 2 erfolgt die Weiterentwicklung zu einem ganzheitlichintegrierten Konzept. Gegenstand von Kapitel 3 ist die empirische Überprüfung des SCSM-Konzeptes.
