Erfolgsfaktoren zur zukünftigen Gestaltung resilienter Supply Chains – Konzeption eines Bezugsrahmens

Zusammenfassung

Ziel des vorliegenden Beitrages ist die Bestimmung von Erfolgsfaktoren und deren Wirkzusammenhängen, die zur zukünftigen Gestaltung resilienter Supply Chains beitragen. Im Rahmen einer systematischen Literaturanalyse wurden auf einer Datenbasis von 180 Publikationen 13 relevante Bezugsrahmen mit direktem Bezug zu insgesamt 34 verschiedenen Einflussfaktoren von Supply-Chain-Resilienz identifiziert. Aufgrund einer fehlenden Standardterminologie und eines mangelnden Verständnisses über Wirkzusammenhänge wird in der Literatur jedoch nicht deutlich, welche Erfolgsfaktoren eine bedeutende Rolle in der Gestaltung resilienter Supply Chains spielen. Mit dem hier entwickelten Bezugsrahmen soll dieses Defizit ausgeglichen werden, indem Erfolgsfaktoren anhand ihrer Wirkungszusammenhänge in einem logischen Ordnungsrahmen abgebildet werden. Durch seine inhaltliche Fülle stellt der konzeptionelle Bezugsrahmen ein provisorisches Erklärungsmodell dar, das als Grundlage für eine weitere empirische Überprüfung dienen kann.
