Zusammenfassung
Agilität und Selbstorganisation sind Führungs- und Managementansätze, die der wachsenden Komplexität und Schnelligkeit des Marktes sowie dem Bedarf an kontinuierlicher Innovationskraft gerecht werden. Im Beitrag werden die Begriffe Agilität und Selbstorganisation beleuchtet und die daraus resultierenden Netzwerkstrukturen und das innovative Führungsverständnis mit einer veränderten Unternehmenskultur beschrieben. Um diesen Wandel hin zu einem agilen Unternehmen zu unterstützen, werden abschließend neue Führungs- und Personalinstrumente aufgezeigt.
