Zusammenfassung
Der Organisationsmodus der Heterarchie wird in jüngeren Ansätzen des (Kommunikations)managements als Schlüsselkonzept gehandelt um mit steigenden Flexibilisierungsanforderungen umgehen zu können. Die Verwendung des Konzepts erfolgt dabei jedoch stark affirmativ. Dieser Beitrag bemüht sich deshalb erstens um eine stärker analytische Begriffsbestimmung, stellt zweitens Herausforderungen des Konzepts heraus und geht drittens auf Konsequenzen für die interne Kommunikation ein.
