Zusammenfassung
Diversity Management ist eine moderne Form des Change Managements bei dem es um die sogenannte Veränderung nach den Prinzipien ausgewählter Diversity Dimensionen geht. In der Arbeitswelt stehen hier primär Class, Race, Gender, Ethnicity (Knapp und Wetterer 2003), Age und Disability (Plummer 2003; Böhm et al. 2014) im Vordergrund. Diese Aspekte sollen im Hinblick auf Definitionen, Konzeptionen, Abgrenzungen und Beurteilungen in diesem Beitrag diskutiert werden. Ferner werden Aspekte thematisiert, die sich als erfolgsversprechend darstellen lassen, um ein gelingendes Diversity Management in Organisationen zu implementieren.
