Zusammenfassung
Die Lebenszyklen von hybriden Leistungsbündeln (HLB) weisen stark vernetzte Sach- und Dienstleistungsstrukturen, eine enge Anbieter-Kunden-Interaktion sowie eine hohe Änderungsdynamik in der Betriebsphase auf. Für ein integriertes Management von HLB im gesamten Lebenszyklus reichen – wegen der integrierten Sicht von Sach- und Dienstleistungen sowie der unterschiedlichen Lebenszyklen von HLB-Komponenten – konventionelle PLM-Methoden, -Prozesse und -Werkzeuge nicht aus. In diesem Kapitel wird ein Konzept zur Erweiterung des heutigen PLM-Ansatzes für ein ganzheitliches Management von HLB beschrieben, welches eine einheitliche Daten- und Prozessorganisation, ein dynamisches Änderungs- und Feedbackmanagement sowie eine Entscheidungsunterstützung entlang des gesamten HLB-Lebenszyklus umfasst.
