Zusammenfassung
Anbieter von Product-Service Systems (PSS) im B2B-Umfeld verfolgen das Ziel langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen. Um dies zu verwirklichen, müssen PSS so gestaltet werden, dass sie Anbieter und Kunde bei der Erreichung ihrer jeweiligen Ziele unterstützen. Ein Ansatz dazu ist in der Identifikation gemeinsa-mer Ziele und der darauf aufbauenden Ausrichtung sämtlicher PSS-bezogenen Managementaktivitäten gegeben. Der vorliegende Beitrag legt dar, wie ein solches Vorgehen systematisch erfolgen kann. Dazu wird ein konsekutiver Ordnungsrahmen entwickelt, mit dem Zweck ein zielgerichtetes Entwicklungs- und Konfigurationsmanagement von kundenindividuellen hybriden Leistungsbündeln zu ermöglichen. Anhand einer Fallstudie wird die Anwendbarkeit des Ordnungsrahmens und damit ein Transfer in die Praxis dargestellt.
