Zusammenfassung
Big Data verspricht gesellschaftliche Vorteile, die seine Nutzung nahelegen können, wie z. B. neue Wertschöpfungsketten in der Industrie zu eröffnen, die Gesundheitsvorsorge zu verbessern oder Straftaten und Terrorakte zu verhindern. Big Data fordert aber auch, insbesondere wenn es zur Prognose menschlicher Merkmale und menschlichen Verhaltens eingesetzt wird, zentrale Ziele des Grundgesetzes heraus.
