Zussamenfassung
Phänomenologie als Disziplin der Philosophie geht auf Edmund Husserl zurück. Der Sache nach gibt es jedoch in seiner Zeit mehrere verwandte Entwicklungen, wie etwa bei Henri Bergson und Ludwig Klages. Obgleich das Beispiel ›Pflaumenbaum‹ in Husserls Darlegung seiner Methode eine zentrale Rolle spielt, ist seine Philosophie im Ganzen jedoch kein Beitrag zur Naturphänomenologie, sondern eher zur Phänomenologie der inneren Erfahrung (Husserl 1999) und zur alltäglichen Lebenswelt als dem Sinnesfundament der Wissenschaften (Husserl 1977).
