Clinical & Experimental Metastasis is an international, multidisciplinary journal devoted to the rapid publication of fundamental advances in basic and applied metastasis research.
This collection showcases current approaches and clinical results for intraperitoneal drug treatment to cancer patients (drug administration within the peritoneal abdominal cavity). This includes (but is not limited to) research into drug delivery techniques such as pressurized intra-peritoneal aerosol chemotherapy (PIPAC) and heated intraoperative peritoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC), along with non-chemotherapy drug treaments as well.
