Abstract
Evaluation academics and practitioners have analyzed trends, emerging practices and predictions on the future of evaluation not only in theory but in practice since the beginning of the 21st century (Russon & Love 2003; Gupta 2004; Spilka 2004; Weiss 2004; Bamberger & White 2007; Gargani 2012; Kistler 2011; Donaldson, Azzam & Conner 2013; Greene 2013; Patton 2003, 2013; Scriven 2013), among others. However, few or none of these analyses seem to reflect perspectives coming from developing countries.
