Abstract
When calculating welded metal structures of construction machines, taking into account the influence of corrosive environments, it is required to develop a design mathematical model, i.e., a set of equations describing the processes of deformation and destruction of a welded metal structure, as well as the processes of interaction of structural metal elements with a corrosive environment. The paper presents three types of mathematical models for calculating metal structures: with unprotected surfaces, taking into account the influence of the stress–strain state, with local corrosion damage. To prove the statements made, the reliability of the selected mathematical models was assessed using the example of a large-scale welded metal truss. Graphical dependencies of values are obtained. Based on the results of the study, functional dependences of the structure, magnetic and mechanical parameters were determined, which allow a reliable assessment of the structural state of the metal and the acting stresses in welded joints and elements of welded metal structures.
