Zusammenfassung
Man läuft ihnen immer wieder über den Weg oder leidet sogar unter ihnen – Führungskräfte mit tyrannischem oder destruktivem Verhalten. Zugrunde liegen in der Regel narzisstische, machiavellistische und psychopathische Charaktereigenschaften, die häufig gemeinsam auftreten und in der so genannten Dunklen Triade gebündelt werden. Aber warum landen genau diese Persönlichkeiten immer wieder auf dem Chefsessel, welche Rolle nehmen dabei Frauen und Männer ein und wie bewertet die Generation Z diese Art von Führungskräften? Ein Blick in den Status quo der Forschung gibt Antworten auf diese Fragen und zeigt auf, wie machtvoll dunkle Persönlichkeitsmerkmale im Arbeitsleben sind.
