Zusammenfassung

Die psychotherapeutische Landschaft ist außerordentlich reichhaltig. In seinem umfassenden Werk zur Charakterisierung der Vielfalt therapeutischer Paradigmen unterscheidet Jürgen Kriz vier große Bereiche: Psychodynamische Psychotherapie, verhaltenstherapeutische Verfahren, Humanistische Therapieformen sowie systemische Ansätze. Jeder dieser Bereiche unterteilt sich wiederum in zahlreiche weitere Ansätze, die aufgrund einer hinreichenden Ähnlichkeit zueinander zwar jeweils gemeinsam gruppiert werden können, aber gleichzeitig auch zahlreiche Unterschiede aufweisen.
