Zusammenfassung
Im vorliegenden Kapitel wird am Beispiel der Mensch-Roboter-Kollaboration gezeigt, dass conjoint-basierte Ansätze in der Akzeptanzforschung die traditionellen Akzeptanzmodelle entscheidend erweitern können. Sie erlauben es, Kipppunkte zwischen verschiedenen akzeptanzrelevanten Faktoren darzustellen und die Trade-offs zwischen Akzeptanz und Ablehnung in einem Faktorenraum zu modellieren. Konkret wird der Einfluss der akzeptanzrelevanten Faktoren aus Sicht der Mitarbeiter erhoben. Diese wurden im Vorfeld als die Sorge, den Arbeitsplatz zu verlieren, die Verletzungsrisiken und die grundsätzlichen Vorteile und motivationale Anreize, die sich aus der Zusammenarbeit mit einem Roboter ergeben, identifiziert. Es zeigen sich erhebliche Unterschiede in den Einflüssen aus Sicht der jüngeren und älteren Mitarbeiter.
