Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel beschreibt die grundlegenden Begriffe der klinischen Ganganalyse und deren Methoden. Die beobachtende Ganganalyse (Videoanalyse) ist ein gängiges Mittel im täglichen klinischen Alltag. Verschiedene Untersuchungsbögen zur Gangbildbeurteilung helfen eine systematische Beurteilung durchzuführen. Ein Verständnis für die gemeinsame Sprache zur Beurteilung des Gangbilds ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung für eine interdisziplinäre Therapiefindung. Die Kräfte bleiben aber bei der beobachtenden Ganganalyse im Verborgenen, deshalb ist eine Kombination mit Kraftmessplatten eine gute, praktikable Anwendung für die tägliche Routine. Druckverteilungsmessungen und Messung der Muskelaktivität unterstützen bei der Therapieplanung. Die klinische Ganganalyse ist als Baustein zur Therapiefindung zu sehen, ein Baustein, der die Dynamik des Gangbildes erfasst.
