Zusammenfassung
Das Prinzip besteht in einer Hemialloarthroplastik des distalen Radioulnargelenkes (DRUG) mit einem zementfrei verankerten Prothesenschaft aus Titan und einem Ulnakopf aus Zirkonkeramik. Indikationen sind primäre und posttraumatische Arthrosen des distalen Radioulnargelenks, schmerzhafte Instabilität der distalen Ulna (radioulnares Impingement) aufgrund fehlender knöcherner Abstützung nach Resektionsarthroplastik, schmerzhafte Instabilität des distalen Ulnastumpfes nach Kapandji-Sauvé-Operation oder Zerstörung des Ulnakopfes durch Tumor oder Trauma. Die technischen Ausführungen beziehen sich auf die Ulnakopfprothese der Firma KLS Martin Medizintechnik®, Tuttlingen, Deutschland. Es handelt sich um ein modulares System bestehend aus einem Prothesenschaft und einem Prothesenkopf, wobei verschiedene Kopfgrößen und Schaftgrößen kombiniert werden können. Die Implantation erfolgt anhand einer Standardtechnik. Für Rettungsoperationen nach fehlgeschlagenen Resektionsarthroplastiken oder Operationen nach Kapandji-Sauvé werden spezielle Vorgehensweisen dargestellt.
