Zusammenfassung
Ein neues Jahr hat gerade begonnen und nach guter alter Sitte starten viele Menschen mit einem ganzen Sack voller guter Vorsätze. Unter den Top 10 der deutschen Bevölkerung befinden sich u. a. Stress abbauen, mehr Bewegung, mehr Zeit für Familie oder Freunde, gesündere Ernährung und Abnehmen (DAK/Forsa 2015). Scheinbar wachsen uns zum Jahreswechsel Flügel. Wir blicken ehrgeizig und optimistisch in die Zukunft, und die daraus resultierenden Vorsätze und Erwartungen stellen alles in den Schatten, was wir in den zurückliegenden Jahren erreicht haben. Medien versuchen, auch Unterstützungsarbeit zu leisten, indem sie uns unzählige Patentrezepte anbieten, die eine ungehinderte und anstrengungsfreie Zielerreichung versprechen. Doch die meisten unserer hehren Pläne verlaufen schon kurz nach dem Jahreswechsel im Sande.
