Die chirurgischen Patholgien der Leber umfassen tumorartige Läsionen, benigne und primär sowie sekundär maligne Lebertumoren, das Patientengut differiert stark und die operativen Eingriffe variieren deutlich in ihrer Ausdehnung, Invasivität und Auswirkungen auf das anästhesiologische Vorgehen. Dieses Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über gängige Operationsverfahren.
