Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel wird auf die anatomischen und behandlungsspezifischen Besonderheiten von Aneurysmen der A. choroidea anterior (AChA) eingegangen. Wir diskutieren die Besonderheiten der AChA-Perforatoren und gehen auf die durch ihre Kompromittierung erzeugten Ausfälle ein.
