Zusammenfassung
Vaskulitiden sind Entzündungen, die sich initial und primär in der Gefäßwand abspielen. Kutane Vaskulitiden können auf die Haut begrenzt sein, wie die kutane Polyarteriitis nodosa (PAN) oder IgA-Vaskulitis, oder eine Systemerkrankung widerspiegeln (wie die PAN oder die Purpura Schönlein-Henoch) und sind dann ein wichtiges diagnostisches Symptom. Das klinische Bild der verschiedenen kutanen Vaskulitiden wird maßgeblich durch die Größe der hauptsächlich betroffenen Gefäße bestimmt. Am häufigsten sind in der Dermatologie die Vaskulitiden der kleinen Gefäße und darunter die verschiedenen Immunkomplexvaskulitiden. Das Kapitel beschreibt alle Vaskulitiden mit Hautsymptomen einschließlich der Therapie. Vaskulopathien mit teilweisem oder vollständigem Verschluss der Gefäßlumina sind Folge einer Embolie oder eines thrombotischen Verschlusses oder einer pathologischen, nicht vaskulitisbedingten Veränderung der Gefäßwand. Klinisch gehen sie fast alle mit einer Livedozeichnung oder retiformen Purpura einher. Das Kapitel nennt die unterschiedlichen Ursachen sowie die wichtigsten klinischen und histologischen Zeichen.
