Zusammenfassung
Unter „echtem Rübensirup “ versteht man den eingedickten Saft der Zuckerrübe, ohne deren Pflanzenfasern und ohne jeden nachträglichen Zusatz. Seine sämtlichen Bestandteile sollen nur aus dem ursprünglichen Rohstoff, der Zuckerrübe, bestehen. Von der Marmelade, dem Mus, unter scheidet er sich demnach dadurch, daß er Pflanzenfasern nicht enthält, vom Gelee dadurch, daß dieses beim Erkalten fest, dagegen der Rübensirup eine zähflüssige, extraktartige Beschaffenheit beibehält.
