Zusammenfassung
In der betriebswirtschaftlichen Literatur wird der Terminus Produkt mit unterschiedlichen Inhalten belegt. Im Gegensatz zu den anfangs sehr engen Definitionen eines Produktes wird der Begriff heute weiter gefaßt und bezieht insbesondere auch Dienstleistungen mit ein (vgl. hierzu Spur/Krause, 1977, S. 1 f.; vgl. auch Teil I, Kap. 1.2.2). Unter Produkten sollen hier sowohl Sachgüter als auch Dienstleistungen verstanden werden, die einerseits das Sachziel der Unternehmung darstellen, andererseits als Erfolgsträger den wirtschaftlichen Kristallisationspunkt der Unternehmungspolitik darstellen.
