Was tun, wenn die Zahlen stagnieren? KMUs vernachlässigen häufig ihre Strategiearbeit zugunsten des Tagesgeschäfts. Erfolgreiche Innovationen erfordern jedoch ein grundlegendes Verständnis der Bedürfnisse der Endkunden, deren Prozesse, Herausforderungen und Erwartungen. Um die Kundenbedürfnisse zu ergründen, stehen unterschiedliche „Voice-of-Customer“-Methoden zur Verfügung, die in diesem Kapitel anhand von Praxisbeispielen vorgestellt werden.
