Zusammenfassung
Ausgehend von der zunehmenden Bedeutung sozialer Dienste am Arbeitsmarkt werden Konflikte von und Herausforderungen für Mitarbeiter*innen in entsprechenden Praxiskontexten in den Blick genommen. Der Beitrag zeigt auf, wie Mitarbeiter*innen in sozialen Diensten am Arbeitsmarkt mit den sich ihnen stellenden Herausforderungen umgehen und wie sie sich auftretende Konflikte aneignen und diese bearbeiten. Abschließend stellt der Beitrag die Frage nach den Möglichkeiten eines kritisch-reflexiven Umgangs mit der Konfliktualität dieses Handlungsfeldes und nach einer entsprechenden kollektiven Auseinandersetzung als wichtiger Voraussetzung eines sich Konflikten stellenden Professionalisierungsprozesses.
