Zusammenfassung
Marketing und Vertrieb konzentrieren sich immer häufiger und immer ausgeprägter auf komprimierte und somit effizientere Zyklen. Dies ist vor allem der Kurzfristigkeit geschuldet, die seitens der zunehmend anspruchsvollen und zudem ungeduldigen Zielgruppen besteht. Daher ist eine der relevantesten Herausforderungen auf Unternehmensseite, zugleich Kontinuität im Bereich der Kommunikationsstrategie zu zeigen und dabei fortwährend agil zu bleiben. Analytik, Planung und Optimierung des Marketings durch künstliche Intelligenz (KI) können durch nutzengenerierende Algorithmen unterstützt werden und führen zur Effektivitätssteigerung im Unternehmen. Die resultierenden Vorteile, die durch KI, Automatisierung, Business Workflow Engines und weitere disruptive KI-basierte Technologien entstehen, werden in diesem Artikel hinterfragt. Technologischer Fortschritt führt zu einem gewandelten Verhalten aller Businessakteure und des Umfelds, in dem sie sich bewegen und agieren. Marketingkapazitäten werden in differenzierter Disposition immer stärker ausgeschöpft, was unmittelbare Effekte auf die mikroökonomische Perspektive des Unternehmenshandelns und letztlich auch den Unternehmenserfolg hat. Unter den entsprechend KI-nutzenden und -treibenden, aber auch seitens KI getriebenen, Abteilungen spielt das Marketing eine entscheidende Rolle. Gerade hier bedarf es aufgrund des Einflusses von KI einer Anpassung der Volatilität der Kommunikation, der genutzten Medien und der User bzw. Zielgruppen. Data Drivenness, Customer Intelligence und Business Intelligence sind die mit wichtigsten Prozesse, mit denen insbesondere Marketingkonzepte, Vertriebsstrategien, Nachfragevorhersagen, aber auch die Entwicklung von Human Resources frühzeitig erkannt, analysiert und gesteuert werden können. Dabei sind kunden- und mitarbeiterzentrierte Daten die Grundlage des Marketing- und HR-bedingten Einsatzes von KI. Da die Generierung und Analyse dieser Daten allein mittels KI möglich ist, schafft dies Freiraum für Menschen und Mitarbeiter. Diese können sich dank KI vorrangig weiteren organisierenden sowie inhaltlichen und strategischen Aufgaben widmen. Auf diese Weise entstehen produktive und positiv zu bewertende Synergien menschlicher Kreativität und maschineller Rationalität, deren Aspekte in diesem Beitrag beleuchtet werden.
