Zusammenfassung
Die Mobbing-Thematik an Schulen ist durch eine hohe Komplexität charakterisiert. Eine standardisierte Vorgehensweise, die bei aufkommenden Mobbingsituationen immer dieselben Maßnahmen bei der Prävention und bei bereits manifesten Mobbingfällen immer dieselben Strategien bei der Intervention vorsieht, ist in Anbetracht der Anzahl der Einflussfaktoren, der unterschiedlichen Gruppendynamiken, der vielfältigen Mobbingsituation sowie dem unterschiedlichen Wissensstand des involvierten Personenkreises illusorisch. Das Kapitel verleiht dem Leser einen Einblick in die generellen Strategien und Maßnahmen im Umgang mit Mobbing an Schulen. Bei der Einführung von Maßnahmen gegen Mobbing gibt es eine Reihe von Ansatzpunkten, welche in Betracht gezogen werden müssen und situationsbedingt zur Anwendung kommen sollten. Hier kommen Bestandteile der vielen etablierten und validierten Präventions- und Interventionsprogramme zum Tragen, wobei fallspezifische Besonderheiten schlussendlich ausschlaggebend für die Wahl der geeigneten Programme sind.
