Zusammenfassung
Die große Transformation zur Nachhaltigkeit verlangt neben neuen Wohlfahrtskonzepten und Technologiesprüngen auch soziale Innovationen und Kooperationen zwischen Organisationen aus unterschiedlichen Sektoren – national und international. In unserem Beitrag beschreiben wir, wie und unter welchen Voraussetzungen soziale Innovationen einen systemischen Wandel in der Gesellschaft bewirken können, und wie durch intersektorale Kooperationen soziale Innovationen geschaffen werden können. Offensichtlich können die aktuellen sozialen und ökologischen Probleme in ihrer Komplexität nicht mehr von einzelnen Sektoren alleine gelöst werden. Positive gesellschaftliche Veränderungen brauchen daher mehr und qualitativ andere Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Akteur/-innen – Unternehmen, Nonprofit Organisationen (NPOs), Sozialunternehmen, öffentlichem Sektor und Privatpersonen. Verstehen sich diese als Stakeholder eines bestimmten gesellschaftlichen Problems und entwickeln gemeinsam soziale Innovationen zur Lösung, erhöht das die Erfolgswahrscheinlichkeit. Für einen systemischen Wandel müssen Widerstände auf organisationaler und struktureller Ebene überwunden werden, und soziale Innovationen müssen in den jeweiligen Entwicklungsphasen gezielt gefördert werden.
