Zusammenfassung
Auf dem gesamten Arbeitsmarkt zeigt sich ein starker Anstieg von stressbedingten Arbeitsausfalltagen, wovon auch die Bankenbranche nicht ausgenommen ist. Führungskräfte können sich für einen „gesunden Führungsstil“ und damit leistungsfähige Mitarbeiter einsetzen. Doch wie sieht gesunde Führung praktisch aus? Wie funktioniert Führung unter den Bedingungen einer sich schnell verändernden Umwelt? Worauf können Führungskräfte achten, um Mitarbeiter zwar zu fördern, zu inspirieren und zu Leistung anzuspornen, aber sie nicht zu überfordern? Neueste Studien zeigen, dass ein transformierender Führungsstil unter bestimmten Bedingungen erfolgreich sein kann. Dieser Beitrag stellt die aktuelle Forschungslage vor und gibt praktische Hinweise, wie dies umgesetzt werden kann.
