Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag möchte nicht nur an eine frühe Organisationstheoretikerin, Mary Parker Follett (1868-1933), erinnern, die Karl Weick (1995) als einen der „subtilsten“ Einflüsse seiner Theorie des Organisierens (S. 32) benennt, sondern zugleich versuchen, auf die Anschlussfähigkeit ihrer Theorie für aktuelle Konzepte der Organisationsforschung (Ortmann 2009) sowie für die Perspektiven der „socio-material analysis“ (Fenwick/Landri 2012), der ANT-Theorie (Latour 2007) oder der „Posthuman Performativity“ (Barad 2012) hinzuweisen, die gerade in der Erziehungswissenschaft und Organisationspädagogik reüssieren.
