Zusammenfassung
Der Titel des Beitrags nimmt Bezug auf die internationale organisationstheoretische Diskussion (Nicolini/Gherardi/Yanow 2003; Gherardi/Nicolini 2005; Gherardi/Strati 2013), die sich mit der zunehmenden Bedeutung praxistheoretischer Ansätze im Bereich des organisationalen Lernens befasst. Praxistheoretische Ansätze rekurrieren auf philosophische, soziologische und psychologische Argumentationslinien (Reckwitz 2003) und gehen davon aus, dass Wissen und Lernen in erster Linie soziale und kulturelle Phänomene sind. Sie hinterfragen somit eine einseitig rationalistische und kognitivistische Auffassung des Lernens und verstehen Lernen nicht lediglich als eine Form des (theoretischen) Verstehens von Welt, sondern als eine Form des (praktischen) Seins in der Welt, die sich im (gemeinsamen) Tun vollzieht.
